Happy Healthy Gut Smoothie
It is commonly known that probiotics are essential for a healthy gut, offering “good” bacteria that promote healthy digestion. But did you know that prebiotics are a thing, too? These compounds have the all important job of “feeding” the probiotics. By pairing them together, you can achieve an even better result in gut health and overall well-being.
We are excited to have teamed up with Maple Hill Creamery to create a wholesome smoothie that offers both. Maple water is full of naturally occurring prebiotics while Maple Hill’s new “cleaner” kefir contains live and active probiotic cultures. A dose of greens and berries rounds out the protein and nutrient-filled shake.

12 oz. Maple Hill Creamery Kefir Maple
